They're fully deserving of keeping it so that it motivates the other members to improve on themselves too. Otherwise the other members are just going to be taking their free money and going on vacation since they get paid without having to do anything.

    Guess what? This is exactly what major companies are paying for. They need to know what their average customer needs and wants. So large companies pay millions of dollars per month to the average person. In return, the average person, like me, answers some questions and gives them their opinion.
